At Redeye Laserworks we want you to shop with confidence knowing that you have our 100% satisfaction guarantee on your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and well will refund you in full upon return of the product.  Simply contact us within 14 days, ship the product in unused or undamaged condition and we'll refund you the product price in full.

The only exceptions would be if the product has physical damage or is customized as personalized items cannot be resold.  We believe this policy is fair to you our customer and to us as the business owner.
